Terms of Service for Outscroll

1. Overview

By installing or using Outscroll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Plans and 5-Day Free Trial

Some Outscroll features require a paid subscription. New subscribers may receive a 5-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first charge is made by Google Play.

3. Billing Through Google Play

All billing is managed through Google Play only. Outscroll does not directly collect card details, charge your payment method, or manage payment processing.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play.
• Charges are made by Google Play at the start of each billing cycle.
• Pricing, taxes, and billing dates are shown in Google Play at purchase.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel anytime in your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation applies at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, tamper with, reverse engineer, or misuse the app. We may suspend access for serious violations.

6. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Outscroll after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
